The SweetPea3 is a simple and robust MP3 player. It is THE most suitable MP3 player for
kids ages 0-6 and for anyone who desires simplicity and robustness, such as many seniors and
those with special needs.
How it works
MP3 technology uses memory chips to store music which means it is safe and robust because there are no moving parts. MP3 technology
is also very simple to use and configure.
Operation
The SweetPea3 MP3 player is ultra simple to operate. Music plays when any button is pressed and it turns itself off automatically
when the music is stopped. The large LCD shows the song name and number and the user can easily scroll through the song list.
The settings menu is hidden from the child so parents don't need to worry about the child changing the volume or other
settings. Parents access the settings menu by pressing the two arrow buttons for 6 seconds. Volume, playlists and
auto-off times are among the settings accessible through this menu.
Setup
The SweetPea3 comes with music by Susie Tallman & Friends and
stories by Jim Weiss so you can start using this player right out of
the box. It is also very simple to configure with your own music.
The SweetPea3 acts like a USB hard drive when connected to a computer through the included USB cable. This means
that songs and stories are transferred to the SweetPea3 by "drag and drop" or "copy and paste" using familiar
programs like Windows Explorer or Mac Finder. You can also drag and drop songs directly from iTunes. Delete songs
by highlighting the song and pressing the delete key.
You can use Audible Manager to download audio books from Audible.com. Note
that Audible Manager only works with Windows. Your Mac cannot transfer Audible audio books to the SweetPea3.
You can arrange the songs in up to three playlists.

The SweetPea3 is a safe alternative to headphone based MP3, CD and cassette
players. While listening to music, children can still:

Warranty
Go to the troubleshooting guide before making a warranty claim. Many issues can be resolved without the need for factory servicing. To make a warranty claim, fill out the form below. Include as much information about the problem as possible including hardware version (SP3-101 or SP3-102). You will be provided with further instructions by email regarding how and where to send your SweetPea3 for servicing.
SweetPea Toy Company Ltd. warrants to the purchaser or gift recipient that if any manufacturing defect becomes apparent in this product within 1 year from the original date of purchase, it will be replaced free of charge, including return transportation. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accidents, misuse or leaking batteries.
The provisions of this written warranty are in addition to and not a modification of or subtraction from the statutory warranties and other rights and remedies contained in any applicable legislation, and to the extent that any such provisions purport to disclaim, exclude or limit any such statutory warranties and other rights and remedies, such provisions shall be deemed to be amended to the extent necessary to comply therewith.

Return Policy
You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of the ship date. We will also accept returns up to 30 days after Christmas. The product must be returned in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
